The knowledge I am acquiring has been helpful to my practicum counselees. Not only are they learning about the

I have been working with a young girl in my practicum that was very distant and had a bad attitude toward God.
She was raised in a religious home and understood who God was. Throughout the process of learning about herself and
her God given temperament, she found she did not have a personal relationship with God. Through the therapy process
and the power of prayer this young lady was led to the Lord and now has Jesus as her personal saviour. Temperament
therapy is a great tool for leading people to the Lord, and in that process, restoring personal/marital relationships.

I believe that which RMCM Ministries is offering to the church is ordained of the Lord. The course of study is
tailored for anyone from the lay person desiring to gain knowledge and skills to assist a Pastoral ministry as well
as to the person who feels divinely called of God to a professional counseling ministry. This world deserves better
than what the secular counselor can offer them, (which is precious little). That is where RMCM Ministries fits in.

I have been in fulltime ministry for approximately 28 years. During that time I have had occasion to counsel
with many individuals and couples. I usually left the sessions as frustrated as my counselees. I would sit and
listen to their needs. I would give them scriptures to address their needs. But, I saw little success in truly
helping them with their needs. Now I understand why. None of us truly knew what the real needs were.

I have always had a desire to work fulltime in the Ministry with a desire to help couples with marital problems.
My wife and I were talking just a few months ago when she said "Why don't you go back to school and get your degree
in counseling since its something you enjoy and have been a help over the years to several people." I began my search
for a Christian college that could provide me with the credentials I needed to become a Christian
counselor. Already having several college credits and 21 years of experience in many areas of Christian ministry
what I didn't want was to have sit in class after class just to obtains hours that would be of no use to me in the
field of Christian counseling. What I initially experience was exactly that. Additionally, the degrees
offered were secular with biblical counseling thrown in. I felt I had no choice but to follow the traditional
college route. However, I continued to search and pray. And then God led me to RMCM Ministries.
My journey began in Feb 2006 as my wife and I prayed for God to show us to an place of learning
that would help equip. You see as my wife and I would share our story and how God was moving in our lives,
once we came together to focus on Him as a couple. God would place people in our path that were traveling the
roads we just traveled. God led me to RMCM. I spoke with Dr Bob on several occasions and his patience in answering
my questions was exemplary as I would call multiple times in a day as questions popped on my mind. in order to not
get in front of God I simply stated that I would take one course at a time and continue until I felt the Lord
taking us in another direction. It is now May 2008 and I stand close to receiving a Masters Degree through RMCM
(NCCA). The knowledge and tools learned through the Arno Profile System and the application has been amazing!
People are healing from the inside out as they learn and see how God put them together. Thanks Dr Bob for
guidance during my journey.
I am currently a student in the NCCA License, BA/MA Degree program. I entered this program with a bit
of anxiety as I am 48 years old and it has been quite some time since I had to buckle down, study and be tested
on the material I have learned. Through the grace of God He has enabled my mind to open up and receive the
knowledge to which He has called me for. Dr. Mangus has been an incredible support for me. Whether it be through a
phone call of encouragement or to answer my latest query, or his faithful prayers for me, I feel blessed beyond measure.
I have been a student with RMCM Ministries for about one year. It was after dealing with my own personal bout
with depression that God called me into the ministry of Christian counseling and led me to the RMCM program.
Yesterday I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree from this program. I cannot begin to express in words how ecstatic I
was to see that piece of paper! Since I enrolled with RMCM I have had a baby, moved, remodeled a house
(we gutted the whole first floor and did ALL of the work ourselves), birthed a behavioral health ministry,
created and executed a huge (and praise God…successful) fundraiser for the ministry and have been active in my
local church. As I told my mother, I feel like I have been pushing a wheelbarrow full of rocks up hill for the
past four years. But, at last, I have made it to the top of the mountain! Talk about “I can do all things through
Christ Jesus who strengthens me!”
Though I came to RMCM Ministries with a Masters and PhD, certified in Myers Briggs
and other personality indicators none have matched what I learned from going through Phase I and II and
receiving my NCCA license. My education was greatly enhanced and having the Scriptures and Christian
beliefs applied to the discipline of counseling has proved already to be invaluable. The Arno Profile System I now use
in place of ALL my other assessment tools to help my clients. Its application is wide while providing
more depth and insight into those God has put in front of me. What a Blessing your teaching ministry is.

I am in private practice at a nonprofit counseling center my
church started a little over a year ago. God has been soooo good thru this
endeavor. He is opening doors in so many areas and this program has allowed me to
use the temperament counseling! I am being approached by the county jail.
The judge and sheriff are allowing me to do the profiles and
submit them in court. The Judge has been impressed and he is allowing them
to bring prisoners to me once a week. They feel this type of counseling process could be
effective for certain cases. The Judge is a christian and has been told
about past cases where I used the profiles in my counseling. I explained the
educational process I am in and they love it and are excited for me to stay
hard at work and complete my PhD through RMCM Ministries. I thank God every day that I found your

I have been taking my program through RMCM Ministries for a little over a year now. I truly love it!
I had no idea what to expect. I thought I would take classes and get a job counseling, right? wrong!
God let me know right away that counseling is more than just a job. Counseling is loving people God's
way. Not only am I taking classes through RMCM Ministries, but God is also allowing me to be a volunteer
chaplain in one of our local hospitals. I am seeing counseling in a whole new light.
God is teaching me what He wants me to learn about people and grief. I know that I am where God wants me to be.
I have been a student with RMCM Ministries since December 2007. I am so grateful for what I have already learned, and
the amazing God we have. As I study, I am growing in the knowledge of the Lord's favor. The program has so much to

Last month I selected the sexual disorder course because I knew I had a client coming in and felt it would be
helpful and it was. I finished the book last weekend and then God brought me a man who was suffering from
"Affirmation Addiction", I never would have understood the symptoms if I had not just read about them.
It was great!
I cannot tell you how my life has changed since I have been part of RMCM Ministries. I am a living example that
this program touches hearts and lives. I understand better why people do the things they do. Many times it isn't
because they want to, it is because they do not understand themselves either. I Praise the Lord Jesus Christ for the
knowledge this program has given to me! I can actually say that I can relate to the confusion in the lives of others
and I know that the greatest of these things is that Jesus loves us anyway. He created us all to love Him first
and then gave us the opportunity to understand and love others more thoroughly through Temperament Theory and

I am delighted with my program with RMCM Ministries and the NCCA ! With this program, I don't have to feel guilty for
working so hard, because it directly pertains to my pastoral calling. The coursework is interesting, challenging and
relevant. The Arno Profile system is uncanny in its ability to get to the heart of the issues, thus saving lots of
precious time.
Prior to enrolling with RMCM Ministries, I had searched - periodically - for nearly two years for an online PhD
program. Each time, there were significant obstacles in the way that prevented me from moving forward. When I
found this ministry, I was so excited. It is a reputable program, affordable, online, challenging and individually
paced. Each of these things were important to me and RMCM offered each of them. I am beginning Phase II of my program
and have found the materials thought provoking and challenging; and I am having the time of my life progressing through
the courses and practicumwork. I anticipate completing my degree sometime this year.
I have been blessed to see that God can use me in the counseling ministry and He has made the work rewarding.....As God
matures me in my walk and character, I see how I am growing to be equipped to mentor, encourage and disciple others to
follow Christ. I have been blessed to be a good listener and I (now) have a compassionate heart to support and enlighten
others about their new life in Christ. After investigating secular licensing curriculums I didn't feel inspired to
learn more secular theories and interventions when I believe that the Bible should be the primary tool for change and
for a rewarding life...In reviewing the degree options offered under NCCA, I was astounded to see that a doctorate
degree is manageable for me. I also investigated some other NCCA accredited educational programs and found the
personal, patient and quick attention (Dr. Mangus - RMCM Ministries) gave me was unmatched...........a distance
learning model is practical for me. Finally, I like the fact that the instruction is provided through a God inspired
ministry rather than directly by an actual (traditional) institution, as I like to support people's ministries and
visions.
A couple of nights ago, I had the experience of "sitting in" on a local class (covering the NCCA therapeutic model).
I am stunned out of my proverbial gourd ! I have had Psychology from Psych 101 to grad school educational Psych and
nobody all those years said a blessed thing about temperament. This could cause a lot of "free floating pieces"
to come falling into place. It has taken me this long to get over the shock I felt enough to write ! (48 hours).
Talk about an eye opening experience !
As I get ready to receive my certification, I must tell you that completing this program was one of the best
decisions that I have made throughout my career. The content is spiritually enlightening and personally
revealing. I would definitely recommend it to every Christian counselor. Thank you for your ministry.
Our ministry is currently in a building program which we hope to complete by the end of this year. The Lord

I am absolutely loving the material in the (therapeutic model Creation Therapy). I have read the entire first Unit
and am half-way through the Unit 1 workbook. It is SO fantastic to finally find a "plan" or "method" that actually
"makes sense" and is based on the truths of God's Word rather than a secular idea. The prospect of being able to
offer hope and help is thrilling, and as I study I find myself thinking of particular individuals and situations
