AFFORDABILITY:
No large upfront down-payments or other program costs. You pay as you go.
We are a ministry. Unlike many other institutions of higher learning (colleges, bible colleges, seminaries) with
large staffs and overhead. We strive to keep a fair and balanced student enrollment. This allows us to maintain a
high standard of learning and individual interaction in the program, as well as keep lower program costs.
This allows us to be flexible with a student's occasional hardship, and affords us the opportunity to review our
program costs at the end of the year, and pass savings on to future students.
Enrollment and 1st Course is only $300.00. We have a license and degree program for any/all education levels.
" Pay As You Go " program. You pay for courses and fees, as they become due, at different times and phases of the program.
Payments by personal check, bank check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and even PayPal
(Credit Cards and PayPal will have a 3% convenience fee added). Many students have commercial student loans, various state rehabilitation agencies, or their local churches
assist in partial/full program costs.
We offer a discount for husband/wife enrollments, discounts for any organization or church group (3 or more enrolling at the same time)
who desire to take our programs as a group.
PRACTICALITY:
We are a full-time education and counseling ministry, fully certified by the N.C.C.A. to offer, instruct
and oversee their quality training and curriculum.
Our first priority is to God. We bathe the ministry in prayer daily.

Fast/Easy On-line enrollment. No hidden costs. Our programs are fully detailed, explained with all costs and
requirements presented to you upfront. Many other training sources hide certain fees and requirements.

Courses, practicum, thesis/dissertation requirements merit college credit as you earn credentials. Complete our
3 phase program requirements,

A true Christian Pastoral Counseling curriculum and credentials. Secular psychology is not a part of our curriculum.

We believe in whole person health (body, spirit, mind, and soul). We emphasize and integrate healthy attitudes and
gratitudes.
We do not use our ministry and curriculum as a cover to influence or generate additional income, such as
endorse/sell vitamins, supplements, amino acids, juices, juicers, oils, creams, solutions, fitness equipment or any
other products. Many other training sources do this, and we believe it falls outside of what our training purpose is,
andthat is to fully equip you to be Christian Pastoral Counselor.
Practicum mentoring and supervision is accomplished by written reports and other communication. Our program is challenging,
but not overwhelming. We recognize that a majority of our students have been away from a structured, school atmosphere for a long time.
An interactive student area on the website for reviewing the posting policy/procedures/examples/forms/grades, etc.
Every new student is provided a personal program checklist with a chronological listing of all course and fee
payments.
ACCESSIBILITY/FLEXIBILITY:
Extraordinary access/communications with trained, certified and current N.C.C.A. licensed/practicing
Christian counselors. Includes all aspects of your program and the processes (coursework, review, critique
and practicum).
You will receive expert guidance and direction in establishing or enhancing your ministry organization.
We strive to be thorough and answer all of your questions and that you are comfortable with the committment of
your time and finances, before you enroll, and as you go through the program.
At student expense, students have an option to go through their chosen institution's commencement ceremonies (Usually
May/June each year, or be presented their credentials or degree(s) at the NCCA Annual Conference held in Florida
in November of each year. We want this life achievement to be special, as it should be.
Unlike traditional institutions, we do not close our doors at 4 or 5pm.
Liberal individual course completion deadlines. Although we are not a self-paced program, the time limitations are
very reasonable, and there is flexibility due to unforseen hardships of illness, holidays, finances, etc.
PROFESSIONAL:
NCCA credentials come directly from the NCCA. Your degree or degrees comes to you directly from your
chosen institution at the appropriate processing time.
Real practicum counseling with individuals in your area (actual counselees or use volunteer individuals). Our therapy model is a teaching tool.
You will be taught an extremely accurate and effective therapeutic counseling model.
We provide full disclosure of all curriculum, costs and requirements. Many other training sources will not provide
full disclosure. We answer/clarify any area that you do not fully understand.
Closed book, proctored examinations. You choose your adult proctor in your area. Many students choose their pastor
or a church leader.
