Enrollment packages are reviewed for acceptance/non-acceptance. The prospective candidate will be notified of
acceptance or non-acceptance by email and letter, within 5 days of receipt.
Once accepted into the program, the student simply pays as they go through the program. If paying by credit card, and if
it is easier for you, we will extend an opportunity for you make monthly payments, where your monthly payment will
automatically be charged to your credit card account information, which we will keep on file. Payment plans will
be based on the program selected, average time to complete, and what is in the best interest of the student and
this ministry. At all times, payments will remain ahead of course materials and fee schedules
The "Pay As You Go" method is very simple, straight-forward, and most popular method. It can be flexed by the student
themselves, based on the speed through the program and associated finances. Although there are time limitations on
each individual course in the program, the time limits are very liberal. These programs are designed for busy,
mature Christians, and we do understand when an occasional emergency comes along that may keep you from regular
study and progress.
Course costs are due when completing courses and you are ready for your next one. To avoid delays, students should
consider sending next course payments in with their final examination submission, or can be pre-ordered at anytime, before
completing a current course. Other fees will be collected at the appropriate points during the program.
A chronological list of courses, fees and associated benchmarks for credentials and degrees are detailed in the
individual program links/pages, and once enrolled, a personal program checklist is provided to all students with their
acceptance letter package.
All licensing students are subject to a fee for a National Background Check to verify the candidate's history.
This fee is a part of the licensing programs cost breakout. See individual program links/pages for details.
If you enroll in the program for licensure and a degree(s), there are matriculation and transfer fees.
These fees are included in the individual program links/pageslicensing and degree program cost descriptions.
See individual programs for details.
